Darieth Chisolm, an Emmy Award-winning TV host, former NBC News anchor, coach, speaker, author, visibility and media strategist will be the keynote speaker for the 11th annual Women In Leadership Development (WILD) Conference Wednesday, April 18 hosted.
Chisholm, who was a television news anchor at WPXI in Pittsburgh for 25 years, is the founder of 50 Shades of Silence, a movement to give voice and dignity to victims of cyber harassment and online crimes. Chisolm was herself the victim of cyber harassment. A documentary in production, also called “50 Shades of Silence,” recounts her harrowing experience and ultimate empowerment.
Entering its second decade, WILD is expanding its series of offerings from an intensive, one-day event to four WILD About events. The April 18 event will be followed by WILD About forums concentrating on sales and marketing (May 16), personal and business finance (September 18) and doing business internationally (November 12).
Registration for all four WILD Conference events is $100. Admission for the kickoff event alone is $50 and includes the keynote lunch, a panel discussion on workplace harassment. Attendees will receive a free satchel. Admission for each subsequent WILD About event is $35. Register here for events all year and WILD About forums.
