Exhibitor Requirements

  • Each exhibitor is responsible for all marketing materials and displays
  • Must accept cash, checks and/or credit card payments for merchandise
  • All exhibitors must pre-register and pre-pay for booth and conference tickets
  • Exhibitor setup date is Thursday, May 10, 2012 from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm.  NO EXCEPTIONS.
